How we handle your data
RecruitAudit ("we", "us") provides a diagnostic tool that helps recruitment agencies evaluate their tech stack and discover relevant vendors. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to recruitaudit.com and any subdomains we operate.
What we collect
Account data. Your email address and, where you choose to provide it, your agency name. We use Supabase Auth to manage sign-in. Diagnostic answers. The multiple-choice responses you submit during the audit (tools you use, workflow descriptions, hiring volume bands) and the generated report, stored against your account so you can revisit them. Intro requests. When you ask to be introduced to a vendor, we store the name, work email, optional note, the vendor selected, and a consent timestamp. Operational logs. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
Audit data is used to generate your personalised report and vendor matches. Aggregate, non-identifying signals (e.g. how often a tool is selected) may inform the public stack picture shown on the site, but individual answers and reports are never shown to other users. Intro requests are held privately until you submit one — at that point we share only the fields in the form, and only with the vendor you selected. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share data with vendors for marketing without an intro request you initiated.
Where data is stored
Data is stored in our managed Postgres database (Supabase, EU region) and served from Cloudflare's global edge. Sub-processors are limited to the infrastructure providers required to run the service.
Retention
Audit answers and reports are retained for as long as your account is active. Intro requests are retained for up to 24 months for audit and dispute purposes. Operational logs are kept for up to 90 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your audits, reports, and intro requests at any time by emailing shaun@floats.ai. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
